  • Optimal plot size with conilon LB1 coffee tree clonal seedlings produced intubes Militino Paiva Carrafa Letícia Galvão Morais Omar Schmildt Edilson Romais Schmildt Agrociencias Froehner Rubiaceae experimental accuracy Coffea canephora Pierre ex A In experimental studies, achieving an optimal plot configuration holds significant importance. This study aimed to establish suitable experimental plot sizes for evaluating agronomic traits of clone LB1 conilon coffee seedlings grown in tubes. Both non-destructive and destructive traits were evaluated using seedlings obtained from a nursery, with each seedling allocated to basic experimental units. A completely randomized block design was used and various scenarios were generated based on combinations of treatments (3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40), replicates (3, 4, 5, 6 and 7) and levels of experimental precision (10, 20, 30 and 40 %). Convenient plot size recommendations were obtained for clone LB1 conilon coffee seedlings grown in tubes. 2024 artículo científico 1517-6398 https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=253076425010 https://www.redalyc.org/journal/2530/253076425010/ https://www.redalyc.org/journal/2530/253076425010/html/ https://www.redalyc.org/journal/2530/253076425010/253076425010.epub https://www.redalyc.org/journal/2530/253076425010/movil 10.1590/1983-40632024v5477706 en http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=2530 Pesquisa Agropecuária Tropical application/pdf Universidade Federal de Goiás Pesquisa Agropecuária Tropical (Brasil) Vol.54
