- Psychology bridge building in the Caribbean: A proposal Dennis John Edwards Psicología Keywords Carribean Psychology Psychology, in its essence, might be delineated as a science that deals with the mind and mental processes in relations to human (and animal) behaviors and emotional experiences. The discipline is indeed wide and varied in scope and is, in fact, special in its capacity to understand the impact of particular physical and social environmental forces on peoples’ behavior.
