Contributo da Entrevista Estruturada para Famílias Multiproblemáticas Diamantino Santos Isabel Maria Marques Alberto Psicología strengths Adolescence delinquency risk factors multiproblem families Using the Structured Interview for Multiproblem Families (Pakman, 2007) an exploratory study with 52 adolescent offenders interned in Educational Centers of the General Directorate of Social Rehabilitation and Imprisonment Services was conducted. The data, analyzed using a mixed methods methodology, show that adolescents perceive a pattern of multiple weaknesses characterized by a high prevalence of addictive substances u se, low academic achievement, illegal work experience, low family income, living preponderantly in troubled neighborhoods, a major polymorphic antisocial route witch begins in early adolescence and an often aggressive behavior.
