Medicina quasi delirant adolescent depression Asperger’s disorder Method: The case and treatment of a 14-year-old boy, who had a depressive episode and Asperger’ Syndrome is described. A 14-year-old adolescent developed dissociative behavior and pseudo- psychotic symptoms; he affirmed that he is a TV actor (humorist). The psychiatric assessment concluded that he presented a masked depression with dissociative symptoms in a non diagnosed Asperger’s syndrome. He had a substantial symptoms remission when was treated with behavioral intervention, antidepressive medication plus atypical antipsychotic. Conclusion: A wide variety of bizarre behaviors occur in adolescent patients with Asperger’s disorder.
