On the base ofthe fertile satirical press, it shows how and what the Chileans used to eat around the 1900, bothelite and common people. Together whit exploring the flavors and aromas of the mostrepresentative dishes, there is an approach to the sociability that was generated around the foodaltogether whit a long duration problem like alcoholism.
