  • “Brazilian Foreign Policy, Multilateral Institutions and Power Relations: an Interview with Ambassador Rubens Ricupero” Alexandra de Mello e Silva Flavia de Campos Mello Leticia Pinheiro Monica Herz Relaciones Internacionales Uruguay Round Brazilian Foreign Policy World Trade Organization United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) This interview stems from the interest of four Brazilian scholars in contributing to the study of foreign policy through dialogue with practitioners. As the study about foreign policy becomes more reflexive and critical, we turned to a Brazilian diplomat, Rubens Ricupero, who based on his vast and often difficult experience, has written about his interactions with the international world and strived to establish a dialogue with the academic world. Between May and July 2021, Ambassador Ricupero shared with us his views on the difficulties and possibilities of dialogue regarding multilateral agreements and institutions, such as the GATT and the UNCTAD. 2022 artículo científico 0034-7329 https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=35872854003 https://www.redalyc.org/journal/358/35872854003/ https://www.redalyc.org/journal/358/35872854003/html/ https://www.redalyc.org/journal/358/35872854003/35872854003.epub https://www.redalyc.org/journal/358/35872854003/movil 10.1590/0034-7329202200219 en http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=358 Revista Brasileira de Política Internacional application/pdf Universidade de Brasília Revista Brasileira de Política Internacional (Brasil) Num.2 Vol.65
