  • Drivers of technological capability in Mexico: The mesoeconomic factors that impulse the techno-scientific products Carla Carolina Pérez Hernández Administración y Contabilidad O10 O30 O31 Techno Data panel The aim of this paper is to examine the impact of technological inputs and the preconditions for development on the results achieved in terms of technological capacity in Mexico (measured by granted patents, publications and high complexity exports). Consequently, a panel data technique was applied with individual and temporal fixed effects, based on the variables proposed by Cepal (2007) & Hausmann & Nedelkoska (2018), and collecting data from various public sources.
