It’s contradictory between therapy and pregnancy. In this study, we report a case of a woman who presented with persistent AT, which lead to heart failure, during early pregnancy. She underwent successful catheter ablation using CartoSound and electroanatomic mapping without fluoroscopy. An electrophysiology (EP) study confirmed a focal LAA tachycardia. Soon after, left ventricular function of her heart normalized, and the patient successfully delivered a healthy child. 2019 otro 0102-7638 https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=398966769021 https://www.redalyc.org/journal/3989/398966769021/ https://www.redalyc.org/journal/3989/398966769021/html/ https://www.redalyc.org/journal/3989/398966769021/398966769021.epub https://www.redalyc.org/journal/3989/398966769021/movil 10.21470/1678-9741-2018-0370 en http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=3989 Revista Brasileira de Cirurgia Cardiovascular/Brazilian Journal of Cardiovascular Surgery application/pdf Sociedade Brasileira de Cirurgia Cardiovascular Revista Brasileira de Cirurgia Cardiovascular/Brazilian Journal of Cardiovascular Surgery (Brasil) Num.4 Vol.34
