This corpus isthe result of a number of WoZ experiments conducted at theUniversity of Seville as part of the TALK Project. The mainobjective of the MIMUS corpus was to gather information aboutdifferent users and their performance, preferences and usage of amultimodal multilingual natural dialogue system in the SmartHome scenario. The focus group is composed by wheel-chairboundusers. In previous papers the corpus and all relevantinformation related to it has been analyzed in depth. In thispaper, we will focus on multimodal multitasking during theexperiments, that is, modeling how users may perform more thanone task in parallel. These results may help us envision theimportance of discriminating complementary vs. independentsimultaneous events in multimodal systems. This gains morerelevance when we take into account the likelihood of the cooccurrenceof these events, and the fact that humans tend tomultitask when they are sufficiently comfortable with the toolsthey are handling. 2009 artículo científico 1870-9044 https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=402640452010 en http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=4026 Polibits application/pdf Instituto Politécnico Nacional Polibits (México) Vol.39
