- CONSTITUTION AND RELIGIOSITY OF/IN THE CONSTITUTIONAL ORDER OF THE NATIONAL SOCIALIST EMPIRE Pedro Velez Relaciones Internacionales III º Reich National Religion socialism In this article, we will analyse the National Socialist regime as a politico - constitutional reality. We will do it from a new way of looking at politico - constitutional ph enomena, interpreting them as registered in a religious ground ing . I t seek s to show that the National Socialist regime was characteris ed by having identified the political community – a racially interpreted and raised community to the Absolute – with an empirical historic per sonality regarded as eminently c ommunitarian.
