- Confi rmación de la excreción de Mycobacterium bovis en exudados nasales mediante PCR anidada en un hato lechero Aurora Romero Tejeda Jesús Guevara Vivero Rubén Arturo Torres León Camila Arriaga Díaz José Alfredo García Salazar Ciro Estrada-Chávez Multidisciplinaria (Ciencias Naturales y Exactas) NESTED PCR DAIRY CATTLE NASAL EXUDATES BOVINE TUBERCULOSIS Transmission of bovine tuberculosis (BT) through aerosols in natural infections has been poorly characterized. Withthe aim of determining the frequency of respiratory excretion of Mycobacterium bovis, and its relationship with theimmune response, the presence of M. tuberculosis complex bacteria in nasal exudates was analyzed using nestedPCR during a period of 6 months, in a herd of dairy cattle with high risk of BT transmission. The results allowed theconfi rmation of respiratory excretion of M. bovis, together with BT transmission in this herd, suggesting also theinfl uence of IFNγ in this event. 2006 artículo científico 0301-5092 https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=42337110 en http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=423 Veterinaria México application/pdf Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México Veterinaria México (México) Num.1 Vol.37
