A Comparative View Alejandra Bueno Pedraza Derecho Terrorism immigrants border security international relations 9/11 Terrorist attacks in the United States (US) caused expansive and extensive effects in space and time, which reached counties like Mexico and Canada. Mexico was affected both directly and indirectly too. Directly, be cause many Mexican illegal migrantworkers died in the Twin Tow ers aggression, and their families were not able to claim a compensation as consequence of their status in the country.
