The virtualization of work processes requires practitioners to understand the organizational structure to implement technological changes effectively. Through a theoretical approach that considers the judiciary organization a professional bureaucracy, the article explains that effective organizational change in the judicial branch requires alignment with organizational structure and context. According to the study, e-government technology significantly impacts how individuals organize and structure their activities.
