contents POLITICAL DESIGN AND SOCIAL CONSTRUCTION: MULTIPLE CASE STUDY IN INTERMUNICIPAL CONSORTIA Érika Mayumi Kato-Cruz João Luiz Passador Administración y Contabilidad Political design Social construction Intermunicipal Consortia Horizontal Federative Cooperation The aim of this article is to understand the social construction of intermunicipal consortia based on the application of Law 11,107/2005, known as the Consortium Law, from the perspective of the actors involved. It consists of qualitative, descriptive research, of multiple case study type, using interviews, document analysis and asymmetric observation to collect data. The results indicate that the social construction of the consortia under analysis goes hand in hand with the evolution of the laws that govern them and reflects the strengthening of regional representation and municipal management. 2024 artículo científico 1982-2596 https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=441780117003 https://www.redalyc.org/journal/4417/441780117003/ https://www.redalyc.org/journal/4417/441780117003/html/ https://www.redalyc.org/journal/4417/441780117003/441780117003.epub https://www.redalyc.org/journal/4417/441780117003/movil https://doi.org/10.12712/rpca.v18i4.63202 en http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=4417 Revista Pensamento Contemporâneo em Administração application/pdf Universidade Federal Fluminense Revista Pensamento Contemporâneo em Administração (Brasil) Num.4 Vol.18
