Viltard Administración y Contabilidad Argentina Grupo Arcor Arcor University CU Implementation Emerging countries This article explores CU implem entation and whether it is appli cable and effective in emerging countries like Argentina (where there are no studies on the subject). Through an in-depth review of Arcor University (AU), Arcor’s Gr oup CU, located in Argentina, the feasib ility of the CU is shown, under certain conditions. This analysis is com plemented with specialists ́ int erviews to deepen our insights and inve stigation’s results. Our conclusion is that the CU comp lements Corporate Training’s traditional offering, as its program s are directed towards prac tical contents and performance/organizat ional improvement. In this wa y, it is possible to enhance the actual c orporate educational paradigm a nd talent employability.
