Specially, this problem ac quires greater relevance when one thinks of the impacts of the techno- scientific revolution in the work world, as well as in the educ ational system. In this sense, the present work researches some element s regarding the new educational pa tterns and qualification requir ements in face of the new industria l paradigm and discusses the transformations accomplished by the techno-scientific revolutio n and its implications on the new lean and flexible production paradigm a nd on the (re)organization of work in the modern industry.
