The adopt ed methodology was based on the qualitative and quantitative approaches of the aspects inherent to the seasonality factors in the constructi on industry and its possible causes. Besides that, literature data were collected in year report books and devices provided by inst itutions of the sector. The results demonstrated the importance of produc tion management mechani sms to optimize the use of productive factors through cost analysis, which are fundamental to understand the operational flow of resources used in the operational media.
