It contemplates two experimental studies in Mexico and Colombia respectively, in big organizations, and an exploratory study with executives of Pymes in Bogota DC. This model’s proposal tries to predict the effect of the independent variables, organizational and individual characteristics, and creation of the organizational context on the dependent variable ‘innovation’.
