Silva Física, Astronomía y Matemáticas time Space Dark energy Polymer chain Planck length It is traced out a parallel between the cosmological constant problem and the polymer physics. The time evolution of the universe world line is compared with the growing of a polymer chain. An equivalent Flory free energy and a modification of it are used as a means to evaluate two versions for the "radius of gyration" of the universe. It is proposed a link between this radius of gyration and the cosmological constant parameter. 2008 artículo científico 0103-9733 https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=46413554010 en http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=464 Brazilian Journal of Physics application/pdf Sociedade Brasileira de Física Brazilian Journal of Physics (Brasil) Num.4 Vol.38
