contents The cocycle of the quantum HJ equation and the stress tensor of CFT Marco Matone Física, Astronomía y Matemáticas We consider two theorems formulated in the derivation of the Quantum Hamilton–Jacobi Equation from theEP. The first one concerns the proof that the cocycle condition uniquely defines the Schwarzian derivative. This is equivalent to show that the infinitesimal variation of the stress tensor “exponentiates” to the Schwarzianderivative. The cocycle condition naturally defines the higher dimensional version of the Schwarzian derivativesuggesting a role in the transformation properties of the stress tensor in higher dimensional CFT. The othertheorem shows that energy quantization is a direct consequence of the existence of the quantum Hamilton–Jacobi equation under duality transformations as implied by the EP. 2005 artículo científico 0103-9733 https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=46435217 en http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=464 Brazilian Journal of Physics application/pdf Sociedade Brasileira de Física Brazilian Journal of Physics (Brasil) Num.2A Vol.35
