contents Synthesis and Characteristics of SnO2 Nanorods on Pd-Coated Substrates Hyoun Woo Kim Seung Hyun Shim Ju Hyun Myung Física, Astronomía y Matemáticas We have fabricated tin oxide (SnO2) nanorods on palladium-coated substrates by carrying out the thermalevaporation of solid Sn powders. We have employed X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, transmissionelectron microscope and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy to characterize the synthesized products. The obtained 1D nanomaterials with a jagged surface were SnO2 with rutile structure. PL spectra exhibitedvisible light emission. 2005 artículo científico 0103-9733 https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=46435616 en http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=464 Brazilian Journal of Physics application/pdf Sociedade Brasileira de Física Brazilian Journal of Physics (Brasil) Num.4A Vol.35
