- Deeply Virtual Compton Scattering in Color Dipole Formalism Magno V. T. Machado Física, Astronomía y Matemáticas Small x physics Saturation models High energy physics Deeply virtual Compton scattering In this contribution we summarize recent investigations on the deeply virtual Compton Scattering (DVCS)within the color dipole approach. The color dipole cross section is implemented through the phenomenologicalsaturation model. The role played by its QCD evolution and skewedness effects in the DVCS cross sectionare discussed. The results are compared with the recent H1 and ZEUS Collaborations data. The skewingfactor, defined as the ratio of the imaginary parts of the amplitudes ImA(g¤ p!g¤ p)=ImA(g¤ p!g p) canbe extracted from the data using recent DVCS and the inclusive inelastic cross section measurements atDESY-HERA. We report on this experimental extraction and compare the results to the theoretical predictionsfor NLO QCD and the color dipole approach. 2007 artículo científico 0103-9733 https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=46437414 en http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=464 Brazilian Journal of Physics application/pdf Sociedade Brasileira de Física Brazilian Journal of Physics (Brasil) Num.2B Vol.37
