- Stereochemical Investigation of a Novel Biological Active Substance from the Secondary Metabolites of Marine Fungus Penicillium chrysogenum SYP-F-2720 Linwei Li Yalu Zhang Zhen Li Zhiguo Yu Tiemin Sun Multidisciplinaria (Ciencias Naturales y Exactas) (2 (S) DFT ECD Anti The chemical structure and absolute configuration of a novel benzoic acid (1) which is the secondary metabolites from the marine fungus Penicillium chrysogenum SYP-F-2720, has been determined by experimental spectroscopic data and quantum chemical calculations of its electronic circular dichroism (ECD). The configurational assignments were further confirmed by the highly consistent spectra between natural compound and synthetic compound which from raw material with a definite configuration. Furthermore, The target compound exhibited more significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities than aspirin when administered at 100 mg/kg, however, it behaved no ulcerogenic effect. 2015 artículo científico 1870-249X https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=47539242010 en http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=475 Journal of the Mexican Chemical Society application/pdf Sociedad Química de México Journal of the Mexican Chemical Society (México) Num.1 Vol.59
