Hoad Eloy Rangel Multidisciplinaria (Ciencias Naturales y Exactas) GA4 [3H] apple seeds Gibberellins With the purpose of increasing the knowledge on the presenceof endogenous gibberellins in apple tissue, immature seeds werecollected during summer from developing fruits of Golden Delicioustrees and analyzed using the gas chromatography-mass spectrometrytechnique. Gibberellins A4, iso-A7, A9, A12 and A20 were identified.When [3H]-GA4 was applied to the seeds of fruits, higher radioactivitywas found in the bourse bud.
