The quantity of α-cubebene, one of these sesquiterpenes, during microwave extraction, was dramatically increased. In this study, we present the detailedcomparison of two cubebenes subjected to this isomerisation, 6-epi-α-cubebene and α-cubebene, as well as their solvent microwaveinduced addition products obtained under microwave irradiation inpolar solvents. The analysis is supported by high resolution bidimensionalNMR (1H, 13C), mass spectroscopy and selected isotopiclabelling experiments. 2006 artículo científico 1870-249X https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=47550306 en http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=475 Journal of the Mexican Chemical Society application/pdf Sociedad Química de México Journal of the Mexican Chemical Society (México) Num.3 Vol.50
