The silicon complexes wereobtained from β-amino alcohols and dichlorodimethylsilane, bisdimethylaminodimethylsilaneand diphenyldichlorosilane. The complexeswere characterized by 1H, 13C and 29Si NMR spectroscopy andmass spectrometry.
