The main methods used were analysis, forecasting, and abstraction. The qualitative impact of FDI on the garment industry in Albania was examined. The benefits that Albania receives from actively attracting investments were described, and recommendations were given to improve the quality of clothing production in the country by foreign companies. This article presents an analysis of the evolution of foreign clothing companies in Albania, based on a series of data sources that provide qualitative and quantitative information on the country's clothing industry. A vision of the qualitative impact of foreign direct investment and industrial advances is presented. The study showed that the Albanian government is actively attracting foreign direct investment to develop the clothing industry, recognizing its potential as a catalyst for economic growth.
