Rivas-Moreno Medicina diabetes diabetes pseudocyst Keywords: Pancreatic Psudoquiste pancreático Pseudocyst are approximately 75% of all pancreatic cysticstructres, mainly caused by acute pancreatic cysticstructures, mainly caused by acute pancreatitis serious,necrosant pancreatitis, and pancreatic traumatism in acorpocaudal location in more than 60%. Most of patientspresent abdominal pain and other unespecific symptomssuch as nausea, vomit, icterus and loss of weight. The firstclinical manifestation is generally a palpable and painfultumot in the upper abdomen.
