| contents | Use data from permanent sampling points in growth and yield modeling João Carlos Chagas Campos Alexandre José Pereira Helio Garcia Leite Agostinho Lopes de Souza Agrociencias Bitterlich method Growth and yield models permanent sampling points This study was carried to evaluate the efficiency of the Bitterlich method in growth and yieldmodeling of the even-aged Eucalyptus stands. 25 plots were setup in Eucalyptus grandis cropped under ahigh bole system in the Central Western Region of Minas Gerais, Brazil. The sampling points were setupin the center of each plot. The data of four annual mesurements were colleted and used to adjust the threemodel types using the age, the site index and the basal area as independent variables. The growths modelswere fitted for volume and mass of trees. The efficiency of the Bitterlich method was confirmed for generatingthe data for growth and yield modeling. 2007 artículo científico 0100-6762 https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=48831108 en http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=488 Revista Árvore application/pdf Universidade Federal de Viçosa Revista Árvore (Brasil) Num.1 Vol.31 |
