The products of massive consume such a s footwear drive large impact s according to the materials and processes used for their manuf acture. This paper present a literature review with the main aim to ide ntify which are the phases and materials that cause greater env ironmental impacts to the environment, focus ing on leather shoes. The resu lts demonstrate that different aut hors reach similar results in terms of phases and high impact materials.
