The purpose is t o improve the customer service and fulfill the challenges of the globaliz ed competitiveness. This trend is known as integrated supply ch ain and improves the companies performance as a whole. In this paper, a n integration model of collabora tive supply chain was developed considering the strategical, tactical and operational perspecti ves. To implement it, a measureme nt instrument was designed and validated statistically.
