| contents | Evaluation of disergonomic risks in small and medium-size enterprises (SMEs) in Bogotá Emilsy Rosio Medina-Chacón Ingeniería ergonomics the LEST method and the REBA method Musculoskeletal injuries biomechanical risk factors A descriptive, cross-sectional investigation is presented, whose purpose is the evaluation of disergonomic risks in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Bogotá, assessing the risk factors for musculoskeletal injuries and their levels of harmfulness in three companies corresponding to the metalworking, plastic and timber sectors, evaluating 76 workers in 48 positions; Nordic Questionnaire, Laboratory of Economics and Sociology of Labor method (LEST) and Rapid Entire Body Assessment method (REBA) were applied. It was found that risk factors to common musculoskeletal injuries and with higher prevalence among the companies evaluated are: flexion and lateralization of the neck and trunk, repetitive movements, flexion / extension of upper extremities and sudden changes in posture.
