For this reason, Malluk 1, Odine 2 and Muszinska 3, among others, highlight the necessity of understanding project management and organizational communication from a holistic perspective with the purpose of allowing projects to have an organic management and be successful. Due to this fact, since 2020 researches have been working at Universidad Ean in a research project to demonstrate the importance of the role of communications in project management, that guarantees a holistic and organic integration.
