The research is conducted through a mixed-methods approach using a concurrent design. We examine four dimensions of quality culture in project management: customer focus, leadership and communication, human talent, and project performance. The results show that the majority of respondents attach great importance to well-defined requirements, benchmarks and adequate documentation. They also emphasize the importance of effective communication and the use of soft skills. Beyond technical project management training, these findings suggest that investment in general professional skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, and adaptability is critical. The research provides valuable insights into the core factors that contribute to the success of quality project management and offers training improvements and practices.
