The researches took place in a private university, in Barranquilla, Colombia according to theories of Mayer, Salovey & Caruso; Cooper & Sawaf, Goleman, Fernández-Berrocal & Extremera, Posada. Among 398 people with distant dependences, professions and academic programs, have found important results regarding the emotional intelligence and their respective dimensions.
