- School, homomaternity and education: reflections about the classroom in contemporaneity Yáskara Arrial Palma Marlene Neves Strey Psicología Gender School Homomaternity Family diversity Social psychology This paper aims to provide a discussion on the topic homomaternal family and school. To this end, a qualitative research study was performed through narrative interviews which were conduct - ed with four pedagogical supervisors from four schools located in the south of Brazil. After sign- ing the informed consent, the interviews were recorded and transcribed, subjected to discourse analysis from the perspective of feminist studies of gender and Socio-Historical Social Psychology. The results show that despite the political and social efforts, there is still much resistance in the reflection of the subject in schools, guided by a heteronormative and patriarchal society.
