- A SÍNDROME DE BURNOUT E SEUS FATORES DESENCADEANTES EM ENFERMEIROS DE UNIDADES BÁSICAS DE SAÚDE Priscila Grangeia dos Santos Joanir Pereira Passos Medicina Work Nursing Burnout Trabalho Enfermagem Objectives: To analyze the possible Burnout Syndrome´s unchaining factors and to argue the indicatives of this syndrome in Basic Health Units’ (BHU) nurses. Method: The subjects were nurses from basic units from an administrative region of the programmatic area 3.1 from the city of Rio de Janeiro. The collection of data was realized by means of interview with thirty nurses of three modalities of health unities. Two instruments were used in the study: an interview script to characterize the subjects and to get elements of nurse’s work; and the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) to present the indicatives of the syndrome. Results: The study pointed that the possible Burnout Syndrome’s unchaining factors at BHUs were the environment elements and work conditions; and following the MBI evaluation, 16,7% of the professionals presented indicative of Burnout Syndrome. Conclusion: The nurses in the development of work detach negatively the structural aspects of the unities.
