- A COMPREENSÃO DA EQUIPE DE ENFERMAGEM SOBRE OS PROCESSOS EDUCATIVOS DE UM HOSPITAL PSIQUIÁTRICO Marcela Pimenta Muniz Claudia Mara de Melo Tavares Medicina Autoanalysis Mental health Psychiatric nursing Education continuing Objective: The aim of this study was to analyze the understanding of the nursing staff on the educational processes experienced by her in a psychiatric hospital. Meth od: The methodological course was conducted in the light of Institutional Analysis, through participant observation and focus groups with nursing staff. CAAE 0130.0.258.000 - 10. Results: The focus group participants mentioned that there needs to be: the ti me available to participate in educational spaces, more institutional investment, co - responsibility in the formation of a multidisciplinary team of nursing professionals. Themed show that every aspect of education requires a particular dev ice. Conclusion: The organization of educational activities for nursing staff in the psychiatric hospital study should be built by co - workers, people with psychological distress, family members and managers to search for processes of change in the care and responsible work.
