- AMBIENTE COMO FATOR DE RISCO PARA CLIENTES EM PÓS-OPERATÓRIO Amanda Nunes Oliveira Nébia Maria Almeida de Figueiredo Carlos Roberto Lyra da Silva Elen Rocha Bravo Medicina Post Nursing operative Environment Objectives : Identify risks in the hospital from the speech of the clients in the postoperative period and analyze the risks found of interest to nursing . Methods : An exploratory descriptive study , a qualitative approach . Results : The sample was composed to 55 patients divided into surgical clinics . Ages ranged from 16 to 80 year s. With respect to temperature, 63 % of clients stated that the temperature is "good ." With regard to noise, 51 % of respondents said that the environment is "silent ."
