- DIAGNÓSTICOS DE ENFERMAGEM NA SAÚDE DO TRABALHADOR: ESTUDO DE CASO COM PROFISSIONAIS DE ENFERMAGEM Marcos Barragan da Silva Rosane Teresinha Fontana Miriam de Abreu Almeida Medicina Night Work Classification Nursing Diagnoses Occupational Health Objective: Identify the nursing diagnoses of NANDA - I related to the work of nursing assistants and technicians who work the night shift in units of clinical and surgical nursing at a hospital. Method: Qualitative case study conducted in a hospital in northwestern Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil in 2009. The subjects were 13 professionals. To collect data we used a semi - structured questionnaire. Data were pooled and analyzed, and with diagnostic reasoning was possible to infer nursing diagnoses. Results: All reported Risk of infection, Risk of injury (physical), Risk of injury (chemical), Risk of allergic response to latex and Willingness to self improvement.
