Dagdug Física, Astronomía y Matemáticas Fick micron sized vesicle narrow channels Jacobs’ equation The present work is devoted to the study of the unbiased diffusion of particles to escape from a micron-sized vesicle, through a channel of arbitrary geometry. The use of propagators allows us to describe the diffusion between the vesicle and the interstitial space. The computed relaxation time of the system only depends on its geometric parameters and the diffusion coefficient. It is noted that the whole problem can be reduced to the study of diffusion in the channel.
