Introducing theTolpygo´s dimensionless frequency we scale the phonon dispersion curves along high-symmetry directions for diamond-like elements andsome III-V semiconductor compounds (AB compounds); also, starting from the diamond-like structure element phonon frequencies, wecalculate the optical phonon frequencies for such AB compounds.
