López Física, Astronomía y Matemáticas MHD ISM: JETS AND OUTFLOWS PLANETARY NEBULAE: GENERAL A self-consistent scenario to explain the morphology of planetary nebulae ispresented. This scenario is consistent with the Galactic distribution of di erentnebular types. This work addresses several controversial features that appear inplanetary nebulae, which are easily solved by the inclusion of MHD e ects.
