contents Dusty uch II regions: cloud pressures and density distributions José A. García Barreto José Franco Peter Hofner Alejandro Esquivel Eduardo de la Fuente Stan Kurtz Guillermo García Segura Física, Astronomía y Matemáticas H II REGIONS STARS: FORMATION We briey discuss the e ects of the ambient pressure and decreasing densitygradients on the observed properties of dusty UCH ii regions, and on the new classof Super-ultra-compact H ii regions. Dust absorption can e ectively reduce thesize of the photoionized region, and density gradients can modify the spectral indexof the emission. The e ects of the density gradients seem also to be present inextragalactic H ii regions. 2001 artículo científico 0185-1101 https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=57101014 en http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=571 Revista Mexicana de Astronomía y Astrofísica application/pdf Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México Revista Mexicana de Astronomía y Astrofísica (México) Vol.10
