  • Global Consequences of the Accretion of the Outer Solar System Adrián Brunini Física, Astronomía y Matemáticas The present status of our knowledge about the accretion process of Uranus and Neptune is discussed, emphasising in the possible origin of the orbital structure at the time of formation of the outer solar system. The most important influences of this process over the entire solar system are also discussed: in the inner planetary region, contributing to the formation of the planetary atmospheres and water reservoirs; in the asteroid and Kuiper belts, sculpting their primordial structures, and in the outer edge of the solar system, building up the Oort cloud of comets. 2001 artículo científico 0185-1101 https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=57101101 en http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=571 Revista Mexicana de Astronomía y Astrofísica application/pdf Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México Revista Mexicana de Astronomía y Astrofísica (México) Vol.11
