contents HeI Line Intensities in CLOUDY R. L. Porter R. P. Bauman G. J. Ferland Física, Astronomía y Matemáticas Scattering Line Formation Atomic Processes We have incorporated a complete model of helium-like line and continuum emission into the plasma simulation code CLOUDY. All elements between He and Zn are treated, any number of levels can be considered, and a full treatment of radiative and collisional processes is included. This includes photoionization from all levels, line transfer including continuum pumping and destruction by background opacities, scattering, and collisional processes. These are done self-consistently with the ionization structure of the surrounding nebula. The result is a complete line and continuum spectrum of the nebula. Here we will focus on sources of error in HeI line intensities. 2003 artículo científico 0185-1101 https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=57101823 en http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=571 Revista Mexicana de Astronomía y Astrofísica application/pdf Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México Revista Mexicana de Astronomía y Astrofísica (México) Vol.18
