Most of those loose groups, the direction of elongation of which lies atangles close to 45 with the line of sight, were revealed by previous investigations.Hence, HCGs have, probably, longer life-times than it has been deduced fromN-body simulations, and thus are more stable configurations. The remote membersof HCGs (the members of loose groups) are gravitationally bound with them 2001 artículo científico 0185-1101 https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=57137206 en http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=571 Revista Mexicana de Astronomía y Astrofísica application/pdf Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México Revista Mexicana de Astronomía y Astrofísica (México) Num.2 Vol.37
