contents NP Pavonis : Differential Corrections Analysis of the UBV Observations M. A. Cerruti Física, Astronomía y Matemáticas : BINARIES: CLOSE BINARIES: ECLIPSING STARS: INDIVIDUAL (NP PAV) The first photoelectric analysis of the NP Pav binary system based on U,B, and V light curves and modeled using the Wilson & Devinney approach, ispresented. The light curves are defied by 3861 individual observations. The componentsand the orbit appears to be in general stable. The primary, more massive, more luminous is the greater component, eclipsed at primary minimum and is detachedfrom its Roche lobe (94%). The secondary nearly fills its Roche lobe (99%)and has a temperature difference of = 1330oK. The absolute elements wereobtained supposing that the primary follows the mass-luminosity relation. 2003 artículo científico 0185-1101 https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=57139201 en http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=571 Revista Mexicana de Astronomía y Astrofísica application/pdf Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México Revista Mexicana de Astronomía y Astrofísica (México) Num.2 Vol.39
