In this context, the pre-professional practice is an essential means to achieve these expectations, considering the Pedagogical Model by Competences. Faced with these challenges, in Ecuador, the training of competent professionals committed to social development is today a necessity. Training graduates capable of facing the challenges of technological development in their jobs is a priority, both for Higher Education and for the entities that employ qualified human capital in the country.
