This research is generated with the purpose of providing necessary and fundamental development tools for the population settled in this space. The objective of the Consultancy is to provide urban, architectural/constructive and identity/culture consultancy; with the purpose of improving the community spaces for the Cooperatives 25 de Julio and Virgen del Cisne, in the Cerro San Eduardo of Guayaquil; hoping as a result to have a positive impact in the improvement of their quality of life.
